ISO 9001 is a Quality Management System used to show BWC can demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product that meets customer needs. It shows our commitment to technical conformity, document control and trace ability, as well as continual Improvement.

Continual improvement

We ensure certification is kept by undertaking annual audits, regularly checking that our systems and processes are conforming to the required standard. We make enhancements to the system where necessary to refine improve our process and keep up to date with the latest developments in quality management systems.

We pride ourselves on quality and getting it right first time. However we are only human and its a big unpredictable world out there, and from time to time things do not always go to plan. On time and in full

Our on time and in full delivery rate for 2016 was over 97%. We achieve this using superior order management systems and practices, together with a superb logistical partner and stock holding facility.

We are currently certified to the ISO9001:2008 standard and working on updating this to the ISO9001:2015 standard in the coming months. We only use UKAS accredited certification bodies.

Senior management discuss internal audit findings at monthly management meetings ensuring any findings are investigated and subsequent changes required are implemented within an agreed timescale.

Our service team are here to help. No queues, no fuss, speak directly to your familiar voice, who will listen to what you have to say and record your report on our system. They will immediately engage managers at every level of our organisation so that all hands are on deck to save the day.

Corrective action

We will put it right as fast as possible. We will do everything in our power to save a bad situation. Our team are resourceful and knowledgeable and know how to get things back on track.

Preventative action

We'll let you know what we are doing to make sure it doesn't happen again. We hate mistakes, so we'll put in place a plan to prevent further problems and will we share the plan with you and let you know once all steps are in place.
